Don’t Be Disappointed—Register Early for Events!

PWS wants everyone to join us at our fabulous events. Event wines and food are pre-ordered, and event space booked, based on average, predictable attendance and a break-even budget since we are a not-for-profit, all-volunteer organization. PWS is able to add persons to an event as limited by the above.

Your early registration increases our ability to offer you a seat. Seats are reserved via PWS website online payment or with a reservation form and check payable to PWS received in the PWS PO Box 61723, Harrisburg, PA 17106–1723 no later than THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR to any event. Please plan ahead so that you may join us!

Cancellation of Event Registration

Cancellations more than 1 week before an event, or because you feel at risk due to inclement weather, or infectious disease pandemic, will receive a full refund or credit provided the Treasurer is informed of your cancellation in advance of the event start time.

Cancellations less than 1 week before an event will receive a full refund or credit ONLY if the PWS is able to fill the canceled seat(s). Others may come in your place. All ‘No Shows’ will be charged.
